A Service Resource is the actual resource that is provisioned by IT. It is created by the Concierge system when a Service Request is approved.

The Service Request will contain one or more Service Resources in the following categories:

Each of these categories may include common and custom properties that users can use to describe their request.

Common Properties

• Description: A description of the Service Resource.
• Location: The Location where the Service Resource should be deployed.
• Operation: The operation that will be performed on the Service Resource. For example, "Add", "Delete", "Modify", etc.
• Other configuration: Any other additional configuration notes.
